Gift Card
When you order a gift card for WAUW design, you will receive it by e-mail as confirmation of your purchase. You will receive the gift card itself by e-mail when I have accepted your purchase. This usually happens shortly after you have ordered the gift card (within 30 minutes). If you have not received the gift card within 12 hours, you are very welcome to write to info@wauw-design.dk and include your order number - then I will check it right away.
The gift card can be redeemed by entering the unique gift code in the "redeem discount code or gift card" field when you check out on the webshop.
WAUW design gift cards are valid for 3 years here on the webshop from the day I approve the purchase of the gift card.
Physical gift cards can also be purchased directly in the store at Willemoesgade 13, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. The physical gift cards are only valid in the physical store and are also valid for 3 years from the time of purchase.
In what amounts can I get a WAUW design gift card?
WAUW design gift cards are available in the following amounts: DKK 250, DKK 500, DKK 750, DKK 1000, DKK 1200, DKK 1500, DKK 2000 and DKK 2400. If you need a gift card of a different amount , then you are very welcome to reach out to me by phone or email, and then we will probably find a solution.
How do I receive the gift card?

What if the amount of the gift card does not match what I want to buy?
If you want to buy ceramics that cost more than the value of the gift card, you simply enter the code of the gift card and the amount will be deducted from the full amount. You then pay the difference.
If you buy ceramics that do not cost as much as the amount you have on your gift card, you simply enter the code of the gift card, and then you will have the remaining amount for another good time.
